White wine made exclusively with ecologically cultivated grapes from our Santa Rosalía vineyards.

A blend of Verdejo and Viura varieties of grapes.

After a preliminary selection of our grapes in the vineyard, the bunches are hand picked from the selection table. The grape juice macerates with the grape skins at a low temperature for 6 hours, so as to achieve a greater wealth of aromas. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 14-15 °C. Then the wine remains with its lees for two months, in order to give it greater volume and roundness on the palate.

This high quality wine is obtained as a result of our ecological agriculture practices.
