Red wine made exclusively with ecologically cultivated grapes from our Santa Rosalía vineyards.
Grape variety: Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha.
Selection during picking: Grape picking is carried out manually in boxes, after which the grapes are selected bunch by bunch, separated by varieties and plots. Fermentation: the stage in fermentation tanks lasts for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of 22-24 °C. Overpumping is carried out gently every day. Maturing: the ecological wine is transferred to the 225-litre French and American oak barrels, in which it will remain for 12-18 months.
This high quality wine is obtained as a result of our ecological agriculture practices.
